Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day management of key production matrices (OEE, Yield, Production outputs) in the Pilot Pack line.
Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing, Equipment Engineers, and Production Techs.
Act as a hands-on resource for resolving equipment and process-related issues on the production line.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in managing Production teams in Pilot or high-volume production, preferably in Battery or consumer electronics industry.
BS/MS in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range

$150,000—$250,000 USD
