Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and third-party sites, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Strong interpersonal, social media, verbal communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand’s social media influencer strategy to expand brand awareness and understanding across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer-owned channels (newsletters, podcasts, etc).
  • Identify and nurture relationships with influential voices and content creators that reflect brand values and support strategic priorities across core verticals and audience segments.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events for influencers and creators to illustrate CR’s unique value and expertise.
  • In collaboration with external and cross-functional internal partners, repurpose and repackage content for different formats (stories, posts, videos); optimize content for different stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Monitor program performance, provides regular updates on key metrics and adjusts strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Negotiate influencer arrangements, manage budgets, and collaborate with outside agency partner(s).
  • Work across teams on affiliate marketing campaign(s).
