Requirements
  • Demonstrated strategic approach to building and executing programs at scale while also showcasing agility and fast-thinking
  • Superior communication skills and attention to detail. Confidence to proactively update leadership on a regular basis
  • Familiarity with marketing technology including Marketing Automation (e.g. Marketo), Salesforce, webinar and event platforms (e.g. ON24), project management tools (e.g. Asana ). Comfort with Demandbase and ABM Certification are a huge plus
  • Able to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Enjoy working with data measuring campaigns, and love to optimize
  • Creative problem-solver and team collaborator with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Build and execute marketing programs that support customer growth (upsell and cross-sell), customer, success, and retention across multiple segments and products. Support initiatives for all four Demandbase clouds (Data, Sales Intelligence, Account-Based Experience and Advertising)
  • Partner with sales on target accounts, campaigns, prioritization, and reporting
  • Create email nurture programs, segmented lists and campaign assets-including emails, landing pages, and forms
  • Provide ongoing thoughtful recommendations and optimize programs based on data-backed insights and qualitative feedback
  • Regularly track and communicate key performance metrics on all lifecycle marketing campaigns
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience with a deep understanding of programs that help drive product adoption, growth, customer loyalty, and customer retention. Enterprise marketing experience is a plus
