Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field, MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years of relevant project management experience preferably within a commercial setting as part of a manufacturing organization, PMP preferred.
  • Experience in automotive, truck or heavy industrial equipment bodybuilding an asset.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, along with a highly collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, as required.
Responsibilities
  • Shape and optimize PALFINGER NAM’s sales and service footprint to drive long-term growth and customer success.
  • Uncover growth opportunities through market analysis, operational assessments, and channel optimization.
  • Manage real estate projects from scoping and contract negotiation to construction, renovation, and workspace upgrades.
  • Support business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships, commercial due diligence, and potential acquisitions.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects across all product lines, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities in the NAM region.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA a plus.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Experience in automotive, truck or heavy industrial equipment bodybuilding an asset.
