  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.

  • Knowledge and skills in computers and related software applications for program planning, implementation, and record-keeping are required.
  • Ability to travel throughout Central Indiana, including Marion, Boone, and Hendricks counties, in a mobile office environment as needed is required.
  • Reliable internet access for the mobile office environment is required.
  • Experience using student tracking software systems, including Banner, DualEnroll, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canvas, and Salesforce.
  • Strong data management, data analysis, database, spreadsheet, and customer relationship management system skills.
  • Experience tracking student applications, assessments, registrations, academic progress, and completion.
  • Ability to manage classrooms and present to high school students and administrative teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and track progress.
  • Ability to think critically, make independent decisions, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Confirm approved instructors annually by providing documentation and tracking approval of new instructor credentials.
  • Monitor DualEnroll.com for instructor onboarding, syllabus reviews, and site visits.
  • Provide annual training and communication to dual-credit teachers and school champions on processes and timelines.
  • Monitor IvyLearn professional development courses for dual-credit teachers.
  • Track final grades for dual-credit classes.
  • Track and build all dual-credit courses in Banner and monitor courses in DualEnroll.
  • Use DualEnroll.com for student applications, registrations, and class-roster tracking.
  • Provide Knowledge Assessment training, including providing C#s for schools so students can set up My Ivy.
  • Provide annual reports and rosters for dual-credit schools, especially career centers.
  • Identify opportunities for students to complete certifications, certificates, and associate degrees in applicable programs.
  • Advise high school students about academic-degree pathways and transfer opportunities by creating individual academic plans and degree trackers.
  • Advise students in clarifying personal and academic career goals using appropriate student development, human development, and student learning theories.
  • Manage assigned schools' dual-credit and dual-enrollment courses from application through registration.
  • Assist teachers and students with DualEnroll applications, Knowledge Assessment, and course registration.
  • Maintain communication and public relations with high school students, parents, and school personnel by coordinating school visits and recruiting and information activities.
  • Collaborate with high school counselors, teachers, and school personnel to address student needs and issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain, update, and distribute dual-credit, dual-enrollment, and credential-attainment resource materials.
  • Monitor academic progress through communication plans, regular meetings, interventions, assessments, data collection, and analysis.
  • Manage the student connection caseload to promote retention, persistence, and student success through proactive interactions and interventions.
  • Provide support for college fairs and events in schools.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the institution's academic programs, policies, curriculum, and student policies.
  • Participate in coordinating on-campus and off-campus events supporting stakeholders and K-14 program initiatives, including some evening or weekend activities.
  • Serve on assigned committees.
  • Participate in relevant annual conferences related to K-14 Initiatives.
  • Serve on interview teams for K-14 when needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in data and project management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Access.
  • Experience in student advising and/or high school classroom management, teaching, counseling, or support.
  • Experience working in higher education and/or with high school-age youth.
  • A Master's degree in an appropriately related field.
  • Administrative or supervisory experience.
