Requirements
  • 10+ years in enterprise healthcare sales with a consistent track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at regional or national health plans, Medicare Advantage organizations, Managed Medicaid MCOs, or large value-based care MSOs managing covered lives.
  • Direct experience selling to VP Care Management, VP Quality, Chief Medical Officers, and Chief Financial Officers at payer organizations, with an understanding of health-plan purchasing decisions and budget authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 9–18 month enterprise payer sales cycles across actuarial, compliance, medical management, IT security, and legal stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Quota performance.
  • Fluency in payer economics, including medical loss ratio, per-member-per-month cost structure, STAR rating bonus revenue, HEDIS measure economics, and value-based care shared-savings arrangements.
Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with regional health plans, Medicare Advantage organizations, Managed Medicaid managed care organizations, Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans, and payer-aligned managed services organizations managing covered lives at scale.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with Chief Medical Officers, Vice Presidents of Care Management, Vice Presidents of Member Experience, Vice Presidents of Quality, and Chief Financial Officers, translating population-health financial exposure into a compelling, quantified artificial-intelligence value proposition.
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder procurement processes, including actuarial review, compliance and regulatory sign-off, information-technology security assessment, legal negotiation, and medical-management committee approval.
  • Run phased deployments with prospective clients by defining the Success Scorecard against HEDIS and STAR metrics, member-engagement rates, and cost-per-interaction reduction, and managing the customer's internal champion.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy across regional payer markets.
  • Own pipeline accuracy and contribute clean, current, honest deal status to the weekly Chief Commercial Officer pipeline review.
  • Serve as the commercial voice of the payer market to product and clinical teams, using account feedback to help define HEDIS measure clusters, STAR use cases, and care-management workflows for the next-quarter roadmap.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a care-management technology company, utilization-management vendor, population-health platform, or managed-care services organization.
  • Existing relationships at regional Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliates, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, or value-based care managed services organizations in the target geography.
  • Familiarity with National Committee for Quality Assurance accreditation, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services STAR rating methodology, HEDIS technical specifications, and Managed Medicaid quality reporting.
  • Experience selling a solution that required the payer to change clinical workflows or member-outreach operations rather than merely add a technology license.

Quadrivia AI develops Qu, a clinician-designed AI assistant that augments healthcare capacity by automating routine admin and clinical tasks such as appointments, chronic care follow-ups, and patient outreach. It also supports clinical reasoning tasks like history-taking, hypothesis generation, investigations, and treatment planning, integrated with patient records under clinician control. The platform differentiates fast procedural work from deeper analytical tasks and emphasizes safety, customization, and NHS-compliant privacy to keep complex cases in human hands. Its goal is to expand clinical capacity and efficiency for providers, payers, pharma, and health-tech startups while ensuring data security and clinician oversight.
