Archer designs and develops electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft aimed at transforming urban transportation. Their aircraft operate by taking off and landing vertically, which allows them to navigate urban environments efficiently. This technology is particularly beneficial in cities where traditional transportation methods are often slow and environmentally harmful. Archer targets urban commuters, city planners, and transportation networks, offering them eco-friendly air mobility solutions. Unlike many competitors, Archer not only sells its eVTOL aircraft but also plans to provide air taxi services in the future. The company's goal is to promote sustainable air mobility and improve urban commuting by integrating their aircraft into existing transportation infrastructures.
