  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or interoperability solutions.
  • Demonstrated success carrying and exceeding quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles with large healthcare systems.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business within enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts; partner with Customer Success to drive retention and renewals.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders in large health systems.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to drive account strategy and customer value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Stay current on healthcare IT, interoperability standards, and market trends to position Medicom competitively.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling into both government agencies and private health systems is highly desirable.
