Responsibilities
  • Manage meeting room and client suite management
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Set up and reset of internal and external meeting rooms
  • Resolve simple AV/VC issues
  • Support and manage the meeting room booking system
  • Manage catering requests and liaise with vendors
  • Conduct regular visual checks on meeting room usage
  • Assist with coordination of events
  • Provide food and beverage service for meetings or events
  • Supervise and be present throughout events
  • Meet and greet all staff, customers, and visitors
  • Serve as an information source for staff and customers
  • Issue and control visitor security passes
  • Proactive premises inspections
  • Welcome new joiners and provide orientation tours
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous Hospitality/ Reception experience is preferred- minimum 3 years
