  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and have a strong network there
  • Have 2+ years of experience as an account executive
  • Be a high performer with standout performance in prior sales roles and a record of consistent quota attainment
  • Be detail-oriented and take pride in the ability to run a tight sales process
  • Be results driven and relentless about hitting numbers

  • Have experience working within a modern Sales technology stack (AI tools, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Clay, Notion, Slack, etc.)
  • Believe in and have experienced the power of coaching and mentorship
Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Deal Execution: Manage the sales process from qualification to close
  • Foster community within the HR space by establishing yourself in the HR community, creating lasting relationships, attending and organizing events, and creating value for others
  • Attend and host events to connect with prospects via dinners, conferences, happy hours, virtual events, and more
  • Pipeline generation: the best sellers are always doing pipegen
  • Represent our Brand by creating outstanding first impressions as prospects' initial point of contact with Mento
  • Contribute to sales strategy by evolving our sales playbook and contributing to Mento's go-to-market strategy
  • Cross-functional work: collaborate daily/weekly with marketing, product, coaching, and other teammates at Mento
  • Think outside the box: test new techniques, explore new opportunities, experiment with new practices
