  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years financial services experience.
  • Minimum 5 years Wholesale (Commercial) Banking experience.
  • Understanding of organizational change management process, marketing and sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Drives new process and product implementation, including training and communication across the wholesale bank in alignment with sales strategy, operations and business controls.
  • Effectively uses influence and direct management to proactively manage the volume of change within the wholesale bank.
  • Leverages customer experience and analytical data to recommend and drive change to improve overall customer and employee experience through platforms such as CRM and RM53.
  • Directs the development and engagement of a sound plan of organizational change management and implementation to the sales force.
  • Champions the Wholesale Playbook and Consultative Selling Skills: integrates into product, process and communication to distinguish and enhance the Wholesale brand.
  • Ensures go-to market plans incorporate Bancorp Strategic Framework and LOB Strategic priorities.
  • Provide leadership throughout Wholesale leadership, sales and support channels to identify, develop implement and measure programs and initiatives to drive sales, profitability and customer experience.
  • Develop, review, and/or communicate market specific sales promotions, campaigns, or Marketing materials to increase sales production in order to achieve Wholesale and Bancorp goals.
  • Provide value added insight and thought leadership in regard to Wholesale organization structure, sales effectiveness and strategic planning.
  • Drive development of sales platforms that improve sales effectiveness and efficiency such as CRM, RM53 and Client Insights.
  • Troubleshoot the process and provide feedback to management if a trend or market situation exists that would suggest a product or process change.
  • Supports product promotion plans including training and communication to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide key messages to support marketing communications and content creation for collateral, website, and other materials.
  • Work with Marketing department to determine product positioning and strategies.
  • Fosters cooperation at every level in product, sales, market development, and other groups as appropriate to implement the plans.
  • Supports the development of project implementation plans (work assignments, key deliverables, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects) and plays a lead role in managing and coordinating necessary activities to achieve desired results.
  • Defines product initiatives to create awareness and execution in collaboration with Sales to develop effective sales programs.
