Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field engineering, preferably in the nuclear or power generation industry
  • Proven experience in creating work packages and implementing advanced work packaging (AWP) strategies
  • Strong knowledge of field operations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed work packages for field operations, ensuring all necessary information and resources are included
  • Utilize advanced work packaging (AWP) techniques to optimize project execution and improve efficiency
  • Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and construction teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination
  • Oversee and manage field operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between field activities and project designs
  • Identify and resolve field-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of field activities, work packages, and documentation
  • Provide training and guidance to field personnel on work package creation and AWP best practices
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
