  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering or product management in HPC, AI/ML paired with strong leadership skills to motivate and engage product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teammates to achieve outstanding business results
  • You should have experience working with early adopters to iterate on the product definition and MRD creation
  • Ownership of the product portfolio of HPC and AI convergence products and responsible for driving execution from planning through high volume production and end of life
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product requirements, goals, and objectives are met and exceeded
  • Partner with engineering teams to create a platform ecosystem that supports the company value proposition and vision
  • Develop product business cases in collaboration with sales teams that meet business growth and market share objectives
  • Develop competitive analysis to define and communicate key value propositions and advantages to differentiate in the market
  • Manage product migration across multiple generations supporting consistent market share growth in selected vertical markets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams - corporate marketing, product marketing, demand generation, sales, and partners/alliances -- to consistently identify messaging and positioning opportunities and integrate into compelling and informative content
  • Develop, update, and present Product collateral, including technical presentations, whitepapers, videos, and case studies
Desired Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience driving engineering or product management for B2B high-growth companies. HPC and AI/ML experience is a must
  • Strong working knowledge of the HPC and AI/ML market and competitive landscape
  • Drive product definition and MRD creation using credible insights developed by interacting with customers, strategic partners and by following usage, market, and economic trends
  • You have a strong understanding of software requirements and capabilities for heterogeneous high performance compute clusters
  • Aggregate market data, customer input, and internal capabilities into a compelling portfolio that will drive market share growth
  • Strong knowledge of HPC and AI/ML and analytics including models, tools, and platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills to address multiple internal and external stakeholders. Must have experience working closely with C-level executives
  • Excellent understanding of how the P&L for a growth business works
  • Self-starter that drives to results; bias for action and sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to make creative, effective, reliable, and at times, tough decisions quickly
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's in CS, EE
