  • Minimum of 2 years in learning and development, revenue enablement, in a training, or teaching position
  • Minimum of 2 years selling or servicing complex products/services

  • Experience at a high-growth Saas company preferred
Responsibilities
  • Deploy a blend of traditional and modern training methods
  • Measure new hire progress via KPIs and performance
  • Ensure learners are progressing and ramping to plan
  • Partner with the Center of Excellence and GTM teams
  • Assist in building a culture of learning throughout the organization
  • Facilitate everboarding programs for the GTM teams
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
