Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Visual Experience Design, Computer Science, or a design-related program
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, color, typography, composition, and iconography
  • Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variants
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and the ability to apply them to user flows and UI components
  • Curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute ideas that shape real-world digital products
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the evolution of the driver app by improving existing user flows and proposing enhanced UI elements, visuals, and reusable components
  • Support the team in elevating the overall look and feel of the app through thoughtful visual and interaction design
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Intelcom design system, including the creation, refinement, and documentation of components, patterns, and visual guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure a smooth transition from design concepts to production
  • Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate based on technical constraints and user needs
  • Help strengthen visual design foundations such as color, spacing, typography, iconography, and layout principles
  • Stay up to date with UI trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous innovation in the product experience
  • The role involves daily or regular communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders

  • Familiarity with design systems, prototyping and motion tools, interest in product design at scale, and passion for accessible, user-focused experiences
