Requirements
  • Proven background in FP&A, franchise finance, or related finance roles, ideally in global or international contexts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and TM1/Boost.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Business acumen, leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive financial performance reporting across regions and franchises.
  • Support sales, headcount, and P&L forecasting, ensuring timely identification of trends and deviations.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams on dynamic resource allocation processes and strategic projects.
  • Lead the annual planning cycle, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning for the Specialty Care GBU.
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging tools like TM1/Boost and enhancing KPI reporting systems.
  • Guide a team of three finance professionals, supporting their development and ensuring high-performance standards.
