Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process for the entire company including; talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation and acceptance
  • Work closely with the founders to create a hiring strategy and plan and execute to scale efficiently and resourcefully
  • Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement
  • Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Lead ad hoc projects with founders and leadership as needed
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting work experience at a high growth, fast paced, dynamic, and scaling startup or technology company
  • Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry level to senior management positions
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
  • Experience hiring engineering candidates
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • Ability to operate well in a fast moving environment and provide team clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
  • Team player with a “can do” and “will do” attitude
  • Strong computer and technical skills (Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.), working knowledge of core Recruiting practices and principles, systems, and processes, and general HR knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree
