  • Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
  • The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and age 18 or older
  • In addition to Food Safety Manager Certification, complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement; plan and execute daily/weekly workload including food service transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, promotions and price change workload
  • Understand sales goals and ensure in-stock and inventory management
  • Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
  • Assess back of house, production areas, dining spaces and merchandising spaces for food safety and proper inventory levels
  • Walk Food Service Standards and routines daily to identify business gaps for follow-up
  • Lead and maintain all Brand Standards and production specifications (where applicable)
  • Foster relationships with district management and attend in-store planning and business meetings
  • Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices
  • Follow perishable inventory management procedures for accurate recording of inventory
  • Make production quantity decisions to ensure freshness, in-stocks, sales and profitability
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and products to educate team members
  • Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes
  • Establish clear goals and expectations with team and hold members accountable
  • Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications as directed
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead team accordingly
  • Lead and model safety culture and incident response; report injuries
  • Demonstrate inclusivity and respect; create equitable experiences
  • Execute best practices and close skill gaps through development and coaching
  • Model physical security processes for in-store security culture
  • Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store; including ordering, storage and application as directed
  • Follow all safe and secure training and processes as applicable
  • Address all store emergency and compliance needs
  • Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up while complying with laws
  • Create a welcoming guest experience and assist guests with needs
  • Lead by thanking guests and ensuring they chose Target
  • All other duties based on business needs
