Responsibilities
  • Work with other hotel staff to personalize the guest experience, encouraging guests to refresh and relax in Canada's most famous national park.
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient check-in and check-out process and coordinate efforts to accommodate guest requests.
  • Welcome and register arriving guests.
  • Promote and sell rooms.
  • Check out departing guests and review guest accounts.
  • Post incidental charges to rooms and process payments.
  • Use proper telephone etiquette.
  • Handle reservations by phone and in person.
  • Handle a high volume of general inquiries.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, local points of interest, and services in the area.
  • Communicate with other departments.
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints.
  • Perform assorted clerical duties and maintain a clean work environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree or related technical school degree.
