  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales operations in a B2B environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing sales enablement initiatives that drive sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall sales objectives and growth goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage sales enablement programs and initiatives, ensuring they effectively improve sales productivity and performance.
  • Oversee the creation of training materials, playbooks, and resources that empower the sales team to succeed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to develop and distribute content and resources tailored to various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with up-to-date information on product features, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Organize and facilitate regular training sessions for the sales team, focusing on techniques, tools, and product knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies and tools that enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Drive the adoption of CRM and other sales tools, ensuring they are leveraged effectively by the sales team.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Continuously gather feedback and analyze performance data to optimize programs and processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
