  • You've got years of experience negotiating with vendors and business partners under your belt
  • Track record of success in Field Marketing and project management within CPG strongly preferred
  • 5 years relevant experience in events, promotions, media, consumer products marketing is required
  • Deep rooted understanding of the local market of Austin and the surrounding area
Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts within Field Marketing to sample and distribute products while serving as an extension of the brand and culture
  • Drive brand awareness and household penetration through strategic and meaningful Field Marketing efforts that align with and represent the Siete Brand
  • Build out and manage a contractor team of Field Marketing team leads and brand ambassadors, ensuring end-to-end execution, sample tracking, budgeting, and post-analysis of promotional efforts
  • Research, coordinate, and host marketing events relevant to the brand and to the region
  • Ensure the team is on track to meet monthly and annual sampling goals
  • Lead negotiations with key vendors/partners
  • Develop and communicate guidelines and best practices across the Field Marketing team
  • Attend in-person events while ensuring best-in-class execution and problem-solving where needed
  • Collaborate with the Events team to ensure alignment between opportunities and support when appropriate
  • Develop relationships with market influencers to increase brand visibility
  • Partner and collaborate with the Sales team to determine market level goals, utilizing strategic marketing initiatives to achieve
  • Communicate success stories, key learnings, and other activities to the Marketing leadership team
  • Travel up to 40%
