Wholesales Sales Lead

Your mission

• Revenue Maximisation
• Build and grow existing partnerships (e.g., BestBuy), ensuring partner satisfaction and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial trade terms and position Ledger as a key strategic partner.
• Support partners in promoting the Ledger brand, optimizing customer traffic, and aligning with our tone of voice.


• Business Growth
• Lead the expansion of Ledger’s presence in Latin America by identifying and developing relationships with relevant retail channels.


•  Strategic Planning and Execution
• Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the North America and LATAM markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation of plans.
• Use data to analyze business performance, streamline processes, and improve daily operations, communication, and reporting.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, with a focus on retail partnerships in the consumer electronics or related sectors.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals with online and offline retailers.
• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail landscape in North America, with a bonus for LATAM knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships across all organizational levels.
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• A deep interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or NFTs is valued but not mandatory. You are open to learning about Ledger’s products and the evolving digital asset landscape.
