The Post

The Quality Assurance Learning Officer is intrinsic in supporting the important functions of the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance service.

Responsibilities will include:

•    Project management of priority areas of work in Brent Children and Young People
•    Developing a coordinated approach to quality assurance activity across CYP
•    Understanding audit themes and trends and planning improvement work
•    Developing presentations and reports
•    Ensuring quality assurance activity makes a difference to children’s lives and leads to service improvement

The Person

The successful candidate will be highly organised, flexible and able to demonstrate creative thinking. They will be adept at using computer programs including Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word and Outlook, and in supporting others to do so.
