Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Internal Communications Manager to write emails, create slides and other communications in a timely manner
  • Support Internal Communications by taking notes at meetings and following up with key stakeholders for needed materials and completing action items
  • Maintain content calendar and keep reference writing samples organized in Box

  • Scan our internal communications avenues on a regular cadence to maintain a pulse on the organization
  • Learn the breadth of Critical Mass disciplines, office locations, and communications avenues to understand what we do and what our employees need to do their best work
  • Participate in virtual and in office company events when it makes sense for your personal and work schedule to get an understanding of CM's culture

  • Teams, Keynote and Box experience is a plus!
