Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of the SDR Team by setting individual and team goals
  • Prepare and tailor messaging for clients
  • Be proficient in using a CRM to manage team pipeline
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within a predetermined time frame
  • Report on activity and performance metrics
  • Empower, motivate, and engage sales development reps
  • Lead the organization through hiring, training, education, and driving high sales performance while moderating effectively through change
  • Strategize and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations/enablement to drive and achieve results
  • Reinforce inputs and activity metrics to enable reps to successfully hit and exceed quota
  • Partner with recruiting to build a bench of strong talent for the SDR org
  • Uphold Filevine culture and standards through professionalism and personal growth
  • Coach SDRs to develop their sales skills
