Requirements
  • Level 2 - Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience – OR – Master’s degree
  • Level 3 - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage proposal efforts.
  • Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies, and Government regulations.
  • Coordinates with contributors from cross-functional organizations to ensure quality proposals are submitted within customer deadlines.
  • Works closely with Program Management and Global Supply Chain to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements.
  • Researches and critically analyzes large volumes of data using spreadsheet and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data.
  • Work with the proposal team to develop creative solutions to complex contractual issues.
  • Summarizes and presents detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with demonstrated abilities to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to present concepts and recommendations to all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems and convert complex data to actionable information.
  • Detail oriented, but able to understand the big picture.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Estimating Professional (CEP).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Experience with FAR and CAS compliance.
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management and experience with Primavera.
  • Experience with probability modeling (@Risk or Crystal Ball).
