Requirements
  • No minimum experience is required.
  • Alignment with the organization's manifesto, mission-driven commitments, and organizational model.
  • The education level must be at least BAC.
  • The role requires coordination with clients, companies, OPCOs, coaches, subcontractors, and internal teams in French-language communications.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure weekly monitoring of regulatory developments related to skills assessments, update procedures, and maintain Qualiopi certification as a skills assessment center.
  • Conduct monthly educational, technological, and legal monitoring, report findings to the brand and subcontracting teams, and implement identified actions.
  • Track and process required data and submit the annual Educational and Financial Report.
  • Act as the primary contact for Le Parcours clients regarding administrative questions by email, video conference, and telephone during pre-sales.
  • Monitor the validity and Qualiopi regulatory compatibility of Le Parcours files using Airtable.
  • Track client support quality and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Coordinate the launch of support engagements by creating the platform and client file, launching and coordinating with the coach, and managing registrations on EDOF.
  • Manage the subcontracting team through monthly meeting coordination and minutes, one-to-one communication and follow-up, file verification, and subcontractor reminders.
  • Manage billing follow-up.
  • Coordinate the launch of training programs with B2B clients and OPCOs, including preparing files, discussing requirements, providing instructions, and sending reminders.
  • Send and reconcile documents required by Qualiopi rules with training stakeholders during and after training.
  • Manage invoicing directly with companies and OPCOs.
  • Support the launch of a recruitment assignment by creating the necessary tools and acting as the primary client contact when needed.
