Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in management/business process consulting
  • 3+ years of experience selling enterprise business software to senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in building trusted relationships with senior LOB stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs
  • Creative and analytical ability to anticipate and identify use cases within enterprises
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Experience in working with partners, i.e. consulting firms or enterprise tech providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
Responsibilities
  • Manage a fixed number of named accounts with the objective to generate expand business
  • Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
  • Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions
  • Hold an individual revenue target for closing multi-six figure deals within your accounts
  • Engage closely with partners, especially Big4, other consulting firms, GSIs and RSIs
  • Engage closely with your virtual team including value engineers, partner managers, marketing managers, business development representatives, professional services and implementation partners
