Requirements
  • 1+ years of relevant experience either in an FP&A role, investment banking or consulting
  • Bachelor's Degree / professional qualification in accounting, business or finance
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, in both written & verbal form
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Aptitude for problem-solving skills
  • Ability to extract and utilize data from various software applications, such as spreadsheets, databases, for reporting and/or analytical purposes
  • Experience with Looker, Salesforce and Netsuite is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Assist in / own the overall forecasting of the business (budget and ongoing forecasting)
  • Calculate commission scheme payouts and targets
  • Own and maintain the headcount forecast across all departments
  • Maintain and improve reporting files for Sales and other teams
  • Prepare internal financial communications
  • Input and analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, and tools
  • Create monthly and ad-hoc reporting to support operational and financial needs
  • Support any external activity including Mergers & Acquisition and Investor Reporting as required
  • Provide other assistance, support, and guidance to FP&A and the business, as necessary
