Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex, innovative, and scalable e-learning solutions tailored to business and learner needs.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and align solutions with strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead high-level discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives meet business objectives.
  • Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability of learning solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Certifications in eLearning, instructional design, or project management (e.g., ATD, CIPD, PMP).
  • Experience in driving learning culture transformation within large organizations.
