Requirements
  • 5+ Years in a project management/program management roles reporting directly to a Department of Defense (DoD) client
  • Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical degree is desired
  • Highly proficient oral and written communication with Technical and Management staff required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Proficient with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence
  • PMP Certification Highly Desired
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance in a timely manner
Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination for Enterprise Architecture Review Board (EARB) meetings with C-level leadership (CTO, DCIO, CIO), Enterprise Architects, and Engineers at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA)
  • Develop artifacts including templates, meeting minutes, roadmaps, schedules used for decision making with DSCA technical leadership
  • Determine areas for improvement and efficiencies in the technical execution of the DSCA IT Program
  • Present analysis and recommendations to the DSCA Chief Technical Office (CTO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO)
  • Assist in the coordination of technical projects for the DSCA customer
  • Assist in the planning, communication, and reporting of each project to improve synergy between the DSCA Technical Staff and DSCA Govt leadership
  • Attend in-person and teleconference meetings, provide meeting support documentation when applicable as well as provide weekly and ad-hoc status reports
  • Understand highly complex technical terminology and be able to translate into non-technical project status in terms of cost, performance, and schedule
  • He/she must have the ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
