Responsibilities
  • Heavy and rapid calendar management in an ever-changing, fast-paced, global environment
  • Be a trusted, strategic partner to both our Head of People and Head of Talent to support the growth of our high performing People and Talent teams
  • Anticipate the needs of the Head of People and Head of Talent, as well as the broader People and G&A function, and proactively communicate and provide assistance
  • Partner with People leadership to operationalize workflows, reports, and deliverables
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and team events
  • Manage complex travel logistics and prepare monthly expense reports
  • Manage all vendors for the People and Talent functions
  • Build and manage global Recruiting events, whether onsite at our global office locations, offsite at various college campuses, or virtually
  • Be a brand champion for candidate experience for all onsite interviews, ensuring a consistent experience in all of our global offices
  • Aid in the building and management of our year-round Intern program, including the project workflow, internal and external communications, and overall Intern experience
  • Project manage special projects between 1-day and 4-months in length, including owning the necessary budgets, travel, logistics, communications, and stakeholder updates
  • Proactively partner with the Office of the CEO, the Admin and Workplace team, and the People team, with openness to lean in, learn, and mentor-without ego
