  • Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document
  • Personal embodiment and thought leadership in integral mission
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in the non-profit sector
  • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to communicate with clarity over virtual platforms
  • Expertise with digital communication tools, such as Zoom, MS Teams, and other platforms
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
  • Provide resource coordination to support resettlement in various new geographies
  • Collaborate regularly with staff to ensure our services are synchronized across the Virtual R&P program
  • Conduct comprehensive Community Resource Mapping based on the 9 stability factors by identifying a variety of goods and services available within the community that align with the participants' needs
  • Build and maintain community resource and partnerships database
  • Identify resource gaps that potential church partners can provide
  • Work with community entities to promote and support program participant needs
  • Advocate on behalf of refugee families when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
