Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team in drafting and sending offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Post open positions on online job boards, professional organizations, and other sites as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and assessments across multiple time zones.
  • Support pre-boarding process – send new employee orientation packages, perform professional reference checks, and initiate background checks.
  • Work closely with the P&C team to enhance the overall recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities within ATS.
  • Manage the P&C help desk, addressing inquiries and providing support to team members.
  • Run reports on key P&C metrics, analyze data, and prepare summaries.
  • Assist in the organization and placement of P&C policies and procedures in the Bixal Library.
  • Maintain and update team member records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with the coordination and launch of LMS Bixal training.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support P&C.
