About the role
Chime is looking for an OMX Intern to join our OMX team. You will gain valuable professional experience working with cutting edge cloud technology and distributed systems alongside engineers with a wealth of experience to share. This is an exciting opportunity to learn while playing a role in a critical initiative at Chime.
This role is structured as a 3 month engagement. The starting hourly rate offered for this role and target level of experience will begin at $29 and up to $42. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Advocate for our members and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to internal teams working to improve the member experience.
- Use data to identify areas of friction in the member experience, scope problem statements, and own execution of a key team project to drive improvement to member experience metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities to improve agent performance.
- Track core business metrics related to the launch and identify gaps for continuous improvement.
- Champion the need for process, policy, and product improvements with the goal of driving the quality of our highest impact member issues.
To thrive in this role, you:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study from an accredited college or university
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Creative thinker and self starter with a passion for consumer FinTech
- Are flexible and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
- Have a low ego and are comfortable working directly well with a wide range of stakeholders
