  • Advocate for our members and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to internal teams working to improve the member experience
  • Use data to identify areas of friction in the member experience, scope problem statements, and own execution of a key team project to drive improvement to member experience metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities to improve agent performance
  • Track core business metrics related to the launch and identify gaps for continuous improvement
  • Champion the need for process, policy, and product improvements with the goal of driving the quality of our highest impact member issues
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker and self starter with a passion for consumer FinTech
  • Are flexible and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
  • Have a low ego and are comfortable working directly well with a wide range of stakeholders
