Requirements
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT operations, end user computing, or asset management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a people management role leading technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience owning asset management programs, including hardware tracking and software license management.
  • Hands-on experience with IT service management ticketing tools, including configuration management database administration or asset management modules.
  • Strong working knowledge of endpoint management platforms, including mobile device management systems.
  • Experience with hardware procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Experience working across time zones with global teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience in a software-as-a-service, healthcare technology, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience managing audiovisual and conference room technology at scale.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library frameworks.
  • Experience with software asset management tools.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full hardware lifecycle for laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and other end user equipment across all global offices.
  • Establish and maintain standards for device provisioning, imaging, deployment, refresh cycles, and decommissioning.
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement, warranties, and repairs.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking for equipment across geographies.
  • Partner with the IT Service Desk to ensure timely hardware support and escalation resolution.
  • Lead the organization’s information technology asset management practice and ensure accurate tracking of hardware and software assets across their full lifecycle.
  • Own software license inventory, entitlement tracking, and compliance reporting, including optimization of license utilization to reduce waste and cost.
  • Drive software audit readiness and support responses to vendor audit requests.
  • Define and enforce information technology asset management policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through license harvesting, right-sizing, and contract consolidation.
  • Own the configuration management database, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date configuration item records across hardware, software, and related assets.
  • Define and enforce configuration item naming conventions, data standards, and configuration management database governance policies with the Director of Global IT Support.
  • Produce regular data quality reports and drive continuous improvement in configuration management database accuracy and coverage.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team of seven, with team members based in India, the Philippines, Mexico, and the United States.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Build team capacity through hiring, cross-training, and skills development.
  • Define and track key performance indicators across hardware service-level objectives, asset data quality, and license compliance.
  • Contribute to budget planning for hardware refresh cycles, software licensing, and audiovisual infrastructure.
  • Own the management, maintenance, and standardization of conference room technology, including audiovisual systems, video conferencing equipment, displays, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate installation and refresh projects with facilities teams and vendors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting post-merger IT integration or standardization efforts is preferred.
  • Certifications in IT Asset Management, such as CHAMP or CSAM, are preferred.

HealthEdge has partnered with Ellipsis Health to integrate AI-powered virtual nursing into its Care Solutions suite. The collaboration brings Ellipsis Health's AI care management voice agent, Sage, to health plans seeking to scale member outreach whilst addressing clinical workforce shortages. Sage conducts autonomous phone conversations with members for high-volume outreach tasks including health risk assessments, post-discharge follow-ups, risk profiling and care gap closure.
