Responsibilities
  • Partner effectively and provide excellent support to customer success managers to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Airbase solution that clearly reflect the prospect's business requirements and workflows related to payment and approval processes
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Product, CS, Onboarding, etc) to effectively navigate complex sales cycles
  • Provide technical responses to the compatibility of ERP workflows/specifications with Airbase capabilities
  • Act as subject matter expert on product capabilities and relevant competitive and adjacent spend management solutions
  • Translate Airbase's latest release information into clear customer-ready messaging about differentiators and example use cases for customer presentations
Desired Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a solutions consulting position with an Enterprise or Mid Market SaaS company, preferably focused on the financial buyer
  • Ideally Accounting or Financial background
  • Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build compelling value-driven presentations and craft product demo videos
  • Deep understanding of the accounts payable, general ledger and/or related financial operational processes
  • Experience with ERP and accounting softwares and their workflows preferred: NetSuite, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct
