Progyny is seeking a Manager, Member Growth Marketing to support our clients in raising awareness of Progyny’s benefits within their populations.In this role, you’ll work alongside the client success team as a member marketing subject matter expert. After getting to know your clients’ unique needs, you’ll recommend marketing strategies that effectively engage their populations towardmeeting a shared utilizationgoal. You’ll also work within the marketing team to bring those campaigns to life.

In compliance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $105,000 - $115,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
