Requirements
  • 15+ years progressive experience in a retailer/dealer/merchandising leadership function
  • A prior history with lead generation, business development, and customer engagement
  • A proven record of building, leading and managing a large national sales team to strategic goals
  • Prior experience in building materials and/or construction oriented organizations
  • The ability to assimilate data into short and long-term strategy and objectives
  • The ability to create clear, inspiring vision and motivate and manage a team to success
  • An ability to execute key initiatives through detailed planning, communication, collaboration
  • A genuine interest & passion for being in front of customers and managing key relationships
  • Polished presentation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, time management, organizational and planning skills
  • A competitive drive: The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Vision: Lead discussion, definition and articulation of the Company’s Trade Sales Mission & Objectives
  • Strategy and Vision: Set the operating and strategic vision and direction for the Company’s Trade Sales segment
  • Strategy and Vision: Develop competitive strategy and merchandising and marketing plans and materials
  • Business Development: Meet or exceed the Company’s annual revenue growth plans and budgets for the Trade segment
  • Business Development: Leverage relationships with key accounts in existing markets to maintain and grow sales
  • Business Development: Identify target accounts in existing and new markets: Develop relationships and win new business
  • Business Development: Develop promotions, sales programs, merchandising materials, etc. to drive sales growth
  • Business Development: Use customer insight and feedback to understand and commercialize new opportunities
  • Business Development: Leverage technology and the internet to grow business
  • Business Development: Influence market and customer behavior and encourage customer collaboration with the Company

It is because CM N Chandrababu Naidu and Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh prepare to launch several major IT projects on Friday. Cognizant campus for 8000 jobs in Visakhapatnam. The most notable project is the foundation stone for Cognizant's permanent campus at Kapuluppada IT Hills. The company granted 21.31 acres for this project. Cognizant plans to invest Rs 1,583 crore to build a top-notch AI and digital transformation center in three phases. It create 8,000 jobs. The first phase expected to finished by 2029, with the entire facility set to completed by 2033. Until then, the company will operate from a temporary 1,000-seat campus at the Mahati FinTech building in Rushikonda. Specialty about campus. The campus feature Grade-A office spaces, premium residences, integrated retail and hospitality facilities, smart mobility systems, renewable energy integration, and infrastructure that meets ESG standards. Satva Group completed 78 million sq. ft. of development in major cities, plans to build 5 million sq. ft. of IT office space in Visakhapatnam over the next five years. Along with these key projects, Minister Lokesh also start the ground-breaking ceremonies for 7 more IT companies in Madhurawada and Kapuluppada. Tech Tammina invest Rs 62 crore to create 500 jobs, while Nonrel Technologies invest Rs 50.60 crore to generate 567 jobs. ACN HealthCare RCM Services set up its unit with an investment of Rs 30 crore, creating 600 jobs and starting operations within a year.
