Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience, working on finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in Finance transformation in professional services capacity and within industry for rapidly growing technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of Finance operations, including core finance processes, internal controls and financial systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change.
  • Passion for developing processes and continuously improving internal workflows.
  • Detail-oriented, highly analytical, a skilled multi-tasker and problem-solver.
  • Self-motivated, attentive, and always follow through.
  • Driven to add value and continuously seek opportunities for improvement both individually and as a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
Responsibilities
  • Playing a key role in operationalization of Finance transformation initiatives (e.g. ERP implementation, subledger and reconciliation platform design), working closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Engineering, Data and Product.
  • Leading core finance process enablement through requirements gathering, process design and automation working with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and FP&A teams.
  • Ensuring adequate change management processes, documentation and training are in place for finance system and new process launches to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Partnering with the Product team and internationalization working groups to ensure finance operational readiness for new legal entities and licensing activities.
  • Ensuring finance processes and system architecture are set up to scale globally to support the Company’s product roadmap and international expansion strategy.
  • Establishing strong relationships with all stakeholders including team members and leadership.
