Requirements
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Drive total store sales and understand how departments and the team contribute to total store profitability.
  • Manage Food & Beverage, food services when applicable, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.
  • Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Lead pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work when applicable to enable efficient delivery to guests.
  • Develop a strategy and use workload planning tools to complete scheduled workload and keep the store guest-ready.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with the team to ensure completion of tasks and workload.
  • Manage all General Merchandise backroom and sales floor areas, review reporting to identify gaps, and develop plans to resolve them.
  • Oversee General Merchandise Team Leaders' workload planning, including transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all General Merchandise areas.
  • Lead the Fulfillment team to fulfill each order accurately and efficiently and deliver on each guest promise time.
  • Train, validate, and coach the team to execute food safety standards and cleaning routines.
  • Lead an efficient operation that supports the sales culture.
  • Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leaders' workload planning, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, and promotions.
  • Create a guest-focused culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals.
  • Assess competition and use guest insights and feedback to drive business objectives and become the destination of choice for guests.
  • Work a schedule aligned with guest and business needs, including early morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
  • Ensure products are in stock, fresh, available, food safe, accurately priced, and accurately signed on the sales floor with minimal guest disruption.
  • Assess General Merchandise and Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas, walk Food & Beverage standards, review reporting to identify gaps, and develop plans to resolve them.
  • Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and operational change.
  • Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends.
  • Develop and coach the team to elevate skills and expertise.
  • Establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management; develop, coach, and train the team; anticipate staffing needs; create talent plans; and recruit for both long- and short-term needs.
  • Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead the team to do the same and hold others accountable.
  • Follow all safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier.
  • Address store needs, including emergencies and regulatory visits.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs.

  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance.
