Credit Card Specialist

This position is responsible for the organization's credit card functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: Six months to one year of accounting experience.

Travel: None

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approves company credit card transactions/receipts.

• Monitors and enforces team member compliance with credit card policies.

• Helps maintain and update, as necessary, credit card and expense reimbursement policies.

• Reviews and approves weekly expense reports.

• Posts credit card and expense reimbursement costs in Viewpoint financial software.

• Works proactively with team members to reconcile and conclude proper general ledger expense/capital accounts as deemed necessary.

• Assists in issuing new credit cards to new users as needed.

• Assists in maintaining user spending limits and other related credit card security features.

• Assists in obtaining support for any credit card/expense reimbursement support as requested.

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
