  • Basic Qualifications: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Responsibilities
  • Guide the commercialization of existing cyber capabilities and the development of new cyber products in partnership with Visa’s CISO team, Technology and Risk teams.
  • Build business cases in support of the strategic plan to establish Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.
  • Define and articulate a clear vision for each cyber product.
  • Lead requirements development and roadmap management, including backlog prioritization, for cyber products in all phases of their lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market differentiation.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to support the growth and success of the cyber products portfolio.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity work experience with relevant experience in product/services leadership and program management.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and the challenges faced by cybersecurity leaders.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of one or more domains of cybersecurity.
  • Strong demonstrated intellectual and analytical, problem-solving rigor.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment.
  • Global or multi-national business experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with strong presentation skills.
