  • Deep fluency in subscription economics, including cohort analysis, churn modelling, lifetime value, average revenue per user, and retention curves.
  • A track record of building and executing growth plans and owning revenue targets.

  • Ability to build cross-functional coalitions, earn buy-in without authority, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including framing problems, building business cases, and presenting actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a revenue bridge covering new sales, retention, pricing, and mix, and develop prioritized initiatives to close gaps against targets.
  • Translate analysis into business cases and investment decisions by framing opportunities, sizing impacts, identifying required resources, and enabling stakeholder action.
  • Identify channel-specific opportunities across business-to-consumer, employer-funded business-to-business, and business-to-business-to-consumer segments, and align sales, marketing, and account management teams around high-impact tactics.
  • Partner with Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis to ensure resource plans and financial models reflect budget and forecast assumptions and support profitable growth.
  • Define and maintain the value proposition for each membership tier based on client insight and market differentiation.
  • Assess competitors and global benchmarks, evaluate tier value and differentiation, and recommend portfolio evolution.
  • Drive a prioritized product roadmap of enhancements, innovations, and partnership opportunities while balancing client value, commercial impact, and operational feasibility.
  • Work with marketing and sales to communicate the membership narrative consistently across channels and touchpoints.
  • Align clinical, operations, marketing, and sales teams on priorities, trade-offs, and go-to-market execution for new and enhanced offerings.
  • Use utilization data, customer satisfaction scores, cohort trends, and qualitative feedback to identify member engagement and risk.
  • Map and continuously improve the end-to-end member journey from onboarding through long-term engagement.
  • Bring member insight into cross-functional forums and ground commercial and product decisions in client needs.
  • Develop pricing architecture across tiers to increase average revenue per user through tier design, value alignment, and packaging.
  • Design and refine bundling, packaging, and promotional offers across the client lifecycle.
  • Apply market benchmarks, cohort analysis, and willingness-to-pay signals to develop pricing and offer recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance on impact modelling and with Sales and Marketing on positioning and rollout of pricing and offer changes.
