Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, marketing analytics and data strategy intern to support delivering data, measurement, analytic, and technology solutions. This role includes leading a project (internal or client facing) and taking ownership of the project’s tasks and solution. Support in a variety of non-client related initiatives is expected, including social events, volunteer experiences, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives. This role is a unique opportunity with a chance to contribute to industry-leading work that directly impacts the business decisions of our Fortune 500 clients.
Position Qualifications
- Pursuing 4-year college degree in related field with expected graduation in 2025 or 2026.
- Strong interest in data analytics (such as data engineering, integration, or data visualization) applied to marketing and customer data.
- Understanding of, or experience with, data-driven marketing technologies (Data Warehouses, Customer Data Platforms, Data Clean Rooms, Analytics and Testing Platforms, etc.)
- Ability to take initiative and work in collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners (brands, agencies and platforms).
- Ability to quickly identify, research, and critically analyze broad business issues as well as the immediate urgencies that help shape the direction of strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication skills – must be able to clearly articulate our approach and strategic recommendation in writing and verbally.
- Technical education, familiarity or competency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Data Studio, and related tools.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of Data Analytics, Technology, Marketing, and Consulting.
- Drive to support the development of a high-growth company in a dynamic industry.
Position Responsibilities
- Learn and support work relating to Marketing Measurement, Data Strategy, Marketing Technology & Analytics.
- Participate in hands-on learning on how to partner with clients to become a trusted advisor, manage and exceed client expectations, and present findings.
- Identify client needs and pain-points to guide towards client deliverables.
- Collect and document key functional requirements to achieve expected deliverables defined in project scope.
- Conduct Current State research and assessments of client measurement, data, technology and analytics ecosystem.
- Evaluate data platforms, identify opportunities to integrate new systems and analytics methods to drive ROI.
- Formulate findings into client deliverables with analysis and meaningful implications.
- Help build gap analyses that outline revenue opportunities and craft a recommended path towards a solution, including continuation of services over time.
- Play an active role in supporting advancement of D&A practice including product, operation and approach.
- Contribute to generating unique POV’s highlighting the value of our approach to marketing measurement, data strategy, analytics, and marketing technology.
- Directly contribute to social and volunteer experiences.
