- Knowledge of embeddings, vectorized PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Strong practical experience with agent orchestration and modular architectures.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and communicate effectively with varied stakeholders.
- Develop ingestion, extraction, indexing, and advanced search pipelines for various document formats, including PDF, DOCX, and PPTX.
- Implement semantic search, semantic chunking, and context engineering strategies for large language models.
- Orchestrate AI agents and design modular workflows in Python using factory patterns.
- Integrate and optimize Azure services, including OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search, and Blob Storage.
- Manage and optimize databases, including vectorized PostgreSQL and SQL Server, as well as faceted and hierarchical search.
- Write technical documentation and provide support to business and IT teams.
