Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in recruiting; preferably for Life Sciences or Consulting
  • Strong network/ networking skills and knowledgeable of what's going on in the market and how to leverage it
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels within the organization - can disseminate information, comfortably discuss talent data and insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to build a world-class strategy team for our Clinical and R&D functions
  • Provide expertise and insights into talent pools nationally and assist the team in identifying target markets; develop a strategy to attract top talent
  • Work closely with key leaders in the organization to define and prioritize headcount and candidate profiles
  • Identify and engage candidates that align with our needs, and be their point of contact throughout the hiring process
  • Oversee and manage a high-touch, personalized, and streamlined candidate experience
  • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Attraction organization -- bring in SMEs (Operations, Analytics, Talent Marketing) when necessary to help drive results
  • Manage the needs of multiple hiring managers concurrently, across a wide variety of roles
  • Go beyond the traditional bounds of recruitment -- Talent at Veeva is not transactional and hiring managers are a critical component of the process and your success
