Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor Consumer Insights Analyst(s), fostering professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights
  • Design, execute, and oversee qualitative and quantitative and qualitative research studies using a variety of methodologies
  • Collaborate with external research vendors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery; manage DIY research tools for efficient execution of smaller-scale projects
  • Present research findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to influence strategic initiatives
  • Synthesize primary and secondary data sources to provide a holistic view of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in the alcoholic beverage market
  • Partner with the Director of Category and Consumer Insights to align research initiatives with business goals and category strategies
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the consumer insights function, ensuring best practices and cutting-edge methodologies are utilized
