- At least one year of experience in aquatic management is required.
- A current National Lifeguard certificate, swimming instructor certificate, and General First Aid/AED training are required.
- Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office, Google tools, and management software, is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility, initiative, autonomy, reliability, discretion, prioritization, planning, and communication are required.
- Supervise the team of supervisors, lifeguards, and facility monitors.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring lifeguards.
- Support the coordinator in schedule planning.
- Monitor swimmers and enforce pool regulations.
- Oversee pool maintenance, including water quality and proper operation of the filtration system.
- Provide logistical support during events and special activities.
- Welcome customers on site and respond to customer calls, emails, and messages.
- Manage the aquatic-products shop.
- Enter and update data using office software, registration software, and Evolia.
- Produce attendance sheets, posters, reports, invoices, and statistics.
- Follow up on billing and payments.
- Track administrative files and deadlines.
- Participate in planning and publishing programming online.
- Ensure the quality of internal and external communications, including postings, emails, and the website.
- Participate in assigned tasks, training sessions, and professional development.
- Experience with Sport-Plus management software is an asset.
- Interest in the aquatic or sports sector is an asset.
