Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in aquatic management.
  • Current National Lifeguard certification, swimming instructor certification, and General First Aid/AED training.
  • Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office, Google tools, and management software.
  • Leadership, organizational ability, attention to detail, responsibility, initiative, autonomy, reliability, discretion, prioritization, planning, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the team of supervisors, lifeguards, and facility attendants.
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring lifeguards.
  • Support the coordinator with schedule planning.
  • Monitor swimmers and enforce pool regulations.
  • Oversee pool maintenance, including water quality and proper operation of the filtration system.
  • Provide logistical support for events and special activities.
  • Welcome customers on site and respond to customer calls, emails, and messages.
  • Manage the aquatic products store.
  • Enter and update data using Microsoft Office, registration software, and Évolia.
  • Produce attendance sheets, posters, reports, invoices, and statistics.
  • Follow up on billing and payments.
  • Track administrative files and deadlines.
  • Participate in planning and publishing programming.
  • Ensure the quality of internal and external communications, including postings, emails, and the website.
  • Participate in assigned tasks, training sessions, and professional development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Sport-Plus management software.
  • Interest in the aquatic or sports environment.
